How we work:

1. You complete our onboarding form to define goals and audience.

2. We assist in setting up access to your social accounts.

3. We build a tailored content strategy and present it for review.

4. Once approved, we produce and manage your content.

5. Reports are delivered regularly and adjustments are made as needed.

Estimated start time: 5–7 business days after receiving complete client input.

Terms and conditions:

• Up to 3 revisions included per delivery. Additional revisions are charged +30%.

• Content quality, originality, and consistency are guaranteed.

• Final formats: MP4, PNG, JPG, PDF, and editable files when applicable.

• Dropbox or Google Drive delivery is available only when video content is included.

• If 50% is paid, the project can be canceled without owing the rest. Full payments are non-refundable.

• Long-term contracts (annual or biannual) may include custom terms.

• Support hours: 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (EDT-4).

• Full commercial usage rights belong to the client. Azabache retains moral rights for portfolio use only.
