Shipping Policy – Azabache Producciones

At Azabache Producciones, all of our offerings are digital services. Therefore, we do not make any physical shipments. Below is a breakdown of how our digital delivery process works:


1. Delivery Methods

All services with deliverables are delivered digitally through one of the following methods, depending on the type of service and the channel previously agreed upon with the client:

  • Email

  • Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer

  • Instant messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or others)

  • Professional platforms such as Workana, Freelancer, etc.

The delivery channel and file format are defined at the time of purchase or during the initial phase of the project.


2. Delivery Timelines

Each service includes an estimated delivery time, which will be communicated once the project has started. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the service and how quickly the client provides necessary materials or approvals.

  • Express services may be delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

  • Customized or complex services typically require between 5 and 15 business days unless otherwise specified.

If the client requires urgent delivery, additional fees may apply.


3. Delivery Confirmation

Once the deliverable has been sent, it will be considered “delivered” when the client has received the file or access link through the agreed channel.

We recommend that clients verify they have received the content properly and notify us of any access issues or corrupted files within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Delivery Failures

In the event of a digital delivery issue (e.g., email not received, broken link, download error), we will resend the content at no additional cost once the issue is reported to us.

Azabache Producciones is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect contact information provided by the client or by internet connection issues beyond our control.


5. Communication and Support
